Dorson Environmental Management is a multi-disciplinary firm specializing in professional service to the insurance industry. Our company experience stems from over thirty five years in the environmental engineering and consulting field. In response to growing business opportunities throughout the Northeast, Dorson is presently seeking a candidate for immediate consideration in our Elmsford, NY office.
Environmental Scientist - This position will work directly for a Dorson Project Manager in all aspects of data collection. The successful candidate must be experienced in sampling collection, data tabulation and reporting. Among other duties, subsurface soil and groundwater sampling and geophysical surveys will predominate. This position requires the following minimum qualifications:
1) Degree in Environmental or Natural Sciences related discipline.
2) Knowledge of proper field sample collection techniques.
3) Solid computer, writing and communication skills.
